As someone who enjoys composing, this is a wonderfully made blog! The interference is one of my favorite themes in composition, and it is something I always enjoy learning more about. The answer to the last composition indeed stood out immediately to me, though I will not send it here.
I would like to point out that you did not mention the line 2... Kd6 in the Plachutta composition. Obviously, White has an easy checkmate with 3. e5+ followed by 4. Bc7#, but I still thought it would be good to note.
