Arenas that allow the entrance of bots also post a disclaimer. Bots are unable to enter regular tournaments (Hourlies, Easterns, UXXXXs, etc.).

I believe the berserk is not the big issue here.
The board API forbids anything except sending manually created moves trough that do not use any "Artificial Intelligence".
There is not much one must know, but the little bit that is there is very important,
